Map it. Build it. Own it.

A platform is only worth what it does on the afternoons when the work is piling up.

The path

  1. 01

    Map the operation

Not the org chart version. The real working version, where work stalls and people build workarounds.

    • A written map of your real process
    • The handoffs costing you time
    • What AI should carry, and what it should not
    • A build plan you could hand to anyone
  2. 02

    Build in the open

No reveal at the end. You use it early, so what ships matches how the business actually runs.

    • A working platform, not slides
    • A regular check in with the builders
    • Automations switched on one at a time
    • Changes made while they are still cheap
  3. 03

    Make it yours

Own it outright or subscribe and leave whenever you want. Nothing locks you in.

    • The platform, the code, and the accounts
    • Your team trained on it
    • Monitoring on the automations that matter
    • Us on hand for what comes next

What it adds up to

How we work

The scope sets the pace

We tell you what a build involves instead of promising a number of days we would then defend.

The people you meet build it

No account layer, no handoff to a junior team after signature.

We tell you when not to build

If the map shows the problem is a decision rather than a system, we say so and stop there.

What we need from you

Access to how you really work, one decision maker, and honesty about what is broken.

  • 01Access to how the work really happens, not the documented version
  • 02One decision maker who can say yes
  • 03Honesty about what is broken, including the parts that are political
  • 04A few hours from the people who actually do the work

The terms, plainly

  • Founder led delivery, no account layer
  • NDA by default on every engagement
  • You own the code and the accounts
  • No per-seat pricing on custom builds

Questions we get asked first

How long does a build take?

Small automations ship in days. Full platforms take weeks to a few months depending on scope. The map comes first, and it gives you a realistic timeline before any commitment.

What happens to our data?

It stays yours. Your data lives in accounts you own, under an NDA we sign by default on every engagement. We never resell, share, or train anything on your information, and when an engagement ends you keep full access to everything.

How much of this is AI?

As much as your operation deserves and no more. AI carries the repetitive work: intake, triage, drafting, reporting. Judgement calls stay with your people. During mapping we tell you what AI should carry and what it should not, because an automation that guesses wrong costs more than the manual work it replaced.

Tell us how your operation runs today. We will tell you what is worth automating and what to leave alone.
